 The difference is most men orgasm regardless. Studies say like 80% of women dont orgasm from penetration alone. A lot of men dont engage in foreplay long enough to actually get the woman wet much less orgasm. Some women can take a long time to turn on. Especially if theyve never had an orgasm. I dont orgasm from penetration but I still enjoy it. Ive never had an issue getting wet though because I know the pleasure of an orgasm. Maybe you needed to spend more time to give her an orgasm orally. Or work on your oral skills. Or maybe she had a mental block that she just couldnt relax enough to orgasm. Its hard to guess the exact reason why.
